The address your team will use to open ESAS. Lowercase letters, digits and dashes, 3 to 63 characters. It cannot be changed once the workspace is created.

Workforce size

Roughly how many people will be managed in the workspace.

Industry (optional)

Manufacturing, logistics, retail, healthcare, and so on.

Workspace owner

The main contact for this request. Once approved, this person becomes the owner of the workspace.

Full name

The person answerable for the workspace.

Work email

We confirm the request and send the decision here. Once approved, the owner account is created for this address.

Phone number (optional)

In case we need to ask about the request.

Additional notes (optional)

Sites, shifts, payroll needs, integrations - anything that helps us set the workspace up.
